Natasha (Tash) Mooney - Winemaker After graduating from Roseworthy in 1992, Tash initially worked for Rosemount in both McLaren Vale and the Hunter.
She has travelled extensively, including throughout the wine regions of France and a period winemaking in Oregon, before returning to Australia to work with both Penfolds and Lindeman's.
From 1997 to 2001 Tash was winemaker at Barossa Valley Estate, the period which saw E&E Black Pepper Shiraz awarded “best red wine in the world” at the London IWC.
A founding partner in Next Generation Wines (2002), which sold wine to the UK and Europe, she continued to work for Xanadu after they purchased the company in 2003. |
